Question Convicts

How do u tell the difference between male and female convictswhen ther young?
can someone show me by picture as well if its not to much to ask plz.

the types fish that i have r?
mollies 4 normal 1 sailfin
platies 4
guppies lots
swordtails 8 normal 1 bouble swordtail
bristle nose catfish-5 albino 5 normal
white clouds
2 albino and 1 bronze corydoras
Zebra danios 4 normal 1spotted 1 albino longfin
1 Betta red/blue/purple
bristle nose fry

In my expierience it is difficult to sex convicts and many other species when they are young. Convicts I cared for were easier to sex as they became sexually mature. Females were usually smaller, and some developed red bellys when ripe ,while males,tended to be larger with longer dorsal and anal fins.

The most important medication in your fish medicine cabinet is.. Clean water.
