I agree with not moving her out of the tank due to stress, she may abort if she bocomes to stressed........i would leave her in and like i said ALOT of tiny little cracks and crevices for the fry to hide in will give them the best protection from the other fish....As far as the male to continue his pursuit of the female, its probably gonna continue......If it was my tank, i would try to temporarliy remove the chasing male till the female drops all the fry, then reintroduce him back in.........When my african tank was fully stocked, i had fry all the time, in fact i had to feed some to my Dempsey just to cull them out........I always had some fry that survived and would end up with too many fish, givning them away to other hobbyists.......My africans are on their last legs, the few remaining fish are getting close to being 8 years old.....I lost a bunch of them in the last year and a half due to old age, and im just letting the last few have the tank to themselves...........My interest in the hobby has shifted from cichlids to a more community type fish, but i will say, if you want fish with a rugged personality, you cant go wrong with africans.......Is your albino mother a gresheki?
