There are a few experts in here on Angels. One of them is Plumkin if you want to msg him. Not sure if he has been on in a while tho. Good luck.

I remember reading that the male displays a short tube-like structure about where you would expect it.

Also read that they're pretty excitable and parents and eggs should be separated. The eggs need a steady light flow going over them to keep them clean and aerated. Feed the fry with baby brine shrimp.

I have had angels who were great parents, too. It's a very individual thing. I believe most people raise the fry apart from the parents, but if your angels aren't eating the eggs, you might want to see what they'll do with the fry. The fry hang by their heads on whatever vertical surface the parents chose. The last batch I had were on the overflow box. Strategically idiotic, yet otherwise these were great parents!

Once they swim you are off and running trying to provide enough food, and this is where raising fry in a smaller tank is easier, since the food you introduce can be found more easily by the little guys, and you can siphon out uneaten food and maintain water quality.

I am not an angel expert, I just lucked out a couple times. Wait for the big guns to arrive!
