Breeding Boraras maculatus

So once I get my 20g set up my neons will be moved into there and my b. maculatus will have the 15g to themselves.

I have done a little research on breeding them and it seems they can be difficult but with the right water conditions fry will start appearing on their own. They are still only young but some (males i guess) are starting to colour up nicely. Though I am yet to see fry.

Water is 2.2dGH and pH of around 6.8. Tank is also moderate-heavily planted.

Any tips?
