thank you guys for the advice. I have about six angels these seem to be the only 2 that paired. My tanks are in my living room so lots of activity. I feed them brine shrimp, flakes food, blood worms. They get fed twice daily. once in the morning and once at night. By the sounds of it, its a big waiting game for these guys to get it right.
Sounds like the activity might be an issue. Often if they get spooked they'll eat the eggs, wigglers, or fry. Try blocking the sides & a portion of the front with background, cardboard, whatever you may have available so they don't see the day to day activity. I often have to slide cardboard between the 29's I keep pairs in, they get too busy sparring between tanks with their neighbors, don't spawn, eat eggs & so on.
