Hi I was wondering how to sex angelfish.

It's hard. The male will ,when fully mature, have a more rounded forehead than the female. Not a nuchal hump like some cichlids get, but the inkling of a suggestion of one. There's also a difference in the equipment, but you can only tell when they are ready to breed. If you're asking because you want to buy a pair, unless you can get a proven pair, don't just buy two fish. Angelfish are monogamous pair bonders, and just tossing two of the opposite sex into the same tank does not guarantee a breeding pair. You would be far better off (and frankly it would cost less than buying a mature breeding pair) to get a half dozen or more juvenile angelfish and raise them together in a tank until they pair off. You can always sell off the extra fish once you do have a pair going.
