two of my new angels laid eggs on a sword leaf the other day, but now most of the eggs have turned white. are these white eggs unfertilized or otherwise "dead"? the pair continues to fan and pick at the eggs, so i plan on just leaving them in the tank so that the fish can learn how to be good parents... i'm assuming this is their first spawn since they're still pretty small (only 2.5-3" long). do you think i'm on the right track here?
You're doing fine. Most angels do spawn at that size. I always say angels are very eager to breed hence I never want them in my community tank again.
thanks, lupin... i was waiting for your input you've always got great advice. i figured i was doing fine, but i always like a second or third opinion since the only fish that i've ever had breed are livebearers and danios.
