african cichlids

just observing my african tank and noticed that my kenyi female and my crimson tide female(i think its called something completely different in every other country) have bothe gotten a squared off "jaw" could this mean they are carrying fry in thier mouths or something completely different?

It's possible that they're carrying eggs or fry.
