Your first step would be to try and move the fry as it's a large possibility they will be consumed by the larger cichlids in the tank.
If you do not have an extra tank then go buy a breeder net and hope for the best, it's not uncommon for larger cichlids to eat the young fry through the net.
Congrats ! If you have places for him/her to hide I would just let things be. I just discovered a new baby today. Having been down the guppy and platy route,( 5 tanks later) I am fine with letting the strong survive.Good luck !:-D
