for starters, do you have a male and female together?
Can you post photos of both fish and list the tank conditions, including size, temp, water params for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and pH?
How much decoration is in the tank?
Mollys have a gestation period of about 30 days, and they can have 50+ fry each time. (yes, that's a lot of fish)
A male and female pair is not a good idea. Their favorite thing to do is breed. Any female coming from a store tank is likely to be pregnant, but there is no real way to say for sure how long til the fry are born.
If you only have a pair, the male only has that one female to chase non stop, and they are known to chase the females until they die from exhaustion.
Once we have more details about your tank situation and hopefully some clear pics of each fish, the tank, etc... we should be able to help further.
Those water params are very important, so please don't forget to include them!
