Tiny Pup Seal

Okay, not a diving experience but a surfing experience. Yesterday while my girlfriend and I waited out the lull between sets a very tiny seal popped up right between us. Really, really cute. We sat very still on our boards watching him look around. Then he made a mad dash away from us. We hadn't moved a muscle so of course my brain goes into overdrive. What scared him? One thought leads to another and the next thing I know I'm paddling back to shore as quickly as I can with my girlfriend yelling behind me, "Where are you going? We just got here!". I think she may start looking for someone else to surf with. I guess it's not too much fun for her to surf with someone who suffers from shark phobia.

If you don't stand up for something you'll fall for anything...

I'd have been right behind you, unless it turns out that I can swim faster than you LOL.
