WCMM Agression

Is it normal for WCMM to harass each other often, for example: flaring and chasing. I have about 6 males and 6 females.
Can I keep WCMM with the Bloodfin tetra?
I have 12 WCMMs

I have a 20g long. I have my 6 bloodfins, 6 female WCMM and 6 male WCMM. My bloodfins do OK but my male WCMM's chase and harass every one in the tank. My bloodfins stay more in the back because of my male WCMM's. I have removed all the males for now and placed them into a container temp until I hear from you. I do have a spare 10g tank.

I keep my tank at 76F my heater does not come on in the tank since i keep it set low.

Are you talking about white cloud mountain minnows??

If soo you have your tank temp too hot for them. They live in waters around 60-71. That might be some of the aggression issues you are having with them.

My females are fine with the temp. Only the males are aggressive. I do not heat the tank.

Sorry but if you heat it or not, if the temp is at 76 its still too hot for them. Be it male or female.
