Turquoise Rainbows trying to mate?.....

Hey guys,

I have a rainbow tank that has been up and running with same 9 rainbows and 10 Harlequins for over a year now. My 2 turquoise rainbow's, various times of the day, where from there nose up, change to a yellow color and there top fins turn bright red and yellow. Its awesome looking and doesn't seem to be hurting them. I'm just wondering if they are trying to mate? Or are they both males? If so, what do I need to do?

Sorry if this is a re-post, i just do not have enough time to search thru this fast-pace forum. please dont flame. Hoping to get some good info on this forum.

sorry crappy cell pic, and for the bubbles, BUT that's him right there. he is usually all blue.

Rainbows will change color depending on their moods and time of day. They will also do dominance battles. I would guess your are young and just starting to get around to doing this.
