I don't think so. I'll find the older photos if I can.

I may be a little busy at the moment especially as I need to buy more equipments before doing a surgery on my tancho oranda, Moby for his tumor.

I'm ready for the pressure.

Oh well...I'll just hope he goes fine because his tumors seem to run a bit down the dorsal line which may be very tricky but it's either surgery or further sufferings from the tumor. Hard to say if it is malignant. If only I have fish vets here to help me determine exactly if it is tumor, ulcer or cancer since it's hard to say what exactly the bump is.

Good luck with the surgery Dr. lupin! Hope Moby has a fast recovery.
That is something I would not be brave enough to do.

It's been awhile since I've posted. Over the summer, what my friends call the Ugly Duckling of Goldfish turned into a beautiful swan! I went to the beach for a week and I came back to see this!

My little Oppsy was undergoing quite a brilliant transformation! About two weeks later, my little ugly duckling had turned into a beautiful swan fishy! ...or so to say.

I've read before that very young fish normally change colors as they mature, but I didn't expect my fish to become such a beautiful shade of yellow. Since then, I've moved them back to my university and my little orange fish has often been overshadowed by Opps, but now Smitty's hit a growth spirt and now is twice as big as Opps.

I also added a nice addition to my tank, Frankie the plecto adds quite the personality to my tank!

Woo hoo! I got four new goldfish to add up to my family of 13.

They're in the quarantine tank at the moment just in case but so far, they are doing well. I didn't know they were incredibly bulky in size. The photos don't do them justice. They're much bigger in size than the photos seem to show.

White ranchu.

White oranda.

Orange oranda.

Black oranda. She's 7-8" in body size not including the tail which is 2-3 inches.

I got the yin and yang of orandas and ranchus having already owned a black ranchu, Loco.

New goldie addition.. currently unnamed, and chillin' in a 15 gallon long quarantine tank.. no obvious illness so far, and he's been around here for about a week.. Sorry for the poor quality pic, I'm no fish photographer :)
