Totally agree with joeshmoe.
As previously stated, goldfish should never be mixed with tropicals. They are also big poopers. The more they poop, the more you need to do water changes.
Goldfish don't attack and are not to be considered aggressive.

I have to say, that " YES" this is a true fact... I first started out with the Gold fish, then soon as I pushed my way into the bright new world of a CLEAN TANK. They , had to go !!! The fish are dirty, dirty, and will eat anything even small fish .. BAD FISH ... Just thought I would give my 2 cents to this evil fish... Plus if a fish can live without air, for a week without dieing.. its not welcome in my tank!!! Thanks

There's no reason for you to mention that goldfish are bad fish. They will continue foraging the bottom and anywhere else for food. Their big mouths will already have stated that they can gobble up anything small that can fit in their mouths.

Best is keep about 4 goldfish in a 40 gallons minimum.
