Overcrowded tank!! So annoyed!!

OMG I seriously cannot breathe looking @ these fish. My sister and her fiance decided to get a tank and fish right after me and my boyfriend got our own. They have 5 goldfish in such a small tank. My sister's fiance said hes getting a 50 gallon tank in a couple of weeks. But still, these poor fish, all I think about is how they have no where to swim, and the living environment is not spacious. Even though they are golfish, I still think they should have a filter if you have several of them. I took a picture of there tank.. It's bothering me so much.. I told them its not big enough for the fish, but they keep telling me they are getting a 50 gallon tank in a couple of weeks. But those poor fish have to wait that long.. Here is a picture.. i LOVE all animals, and this is animal cruelty to me.

Without healthy biological filter (cycled) fish aren't likely to survive for more than a few days without daily 70 80 percent water change with dechlorinated water.
Is a shame that they couldn't wait until they had a cycled tank of proper size before subjecting the fish to a slow miserable death which in my view is iminent.

they should atleast get a filter in the mean time on top of doing water changes 3 times a week or more until they can get a bigger tank

The comet looks like it has white spots on the gill cover implying he is a male appearing to be sexually matured. This is asking for trouble to me. Male singletails can beat the crap out of the female fancies very easily and any physical injuries can damage their swim bladder system later on and render them floaty. If they want to keep all five, then the comet must be kept in a much bigger tank with other singletails, preferably a 75g or a large fiberglass tub (much cheaper than a large tank).

The two orange round ones are fantails. The other two are black moors. They should be fine together. But for four of them, a 50g will fit them best. Tell them to add no more goldfish after that. Let the four grow on their own.
