I found it dead in the morning, and it had been "eaten", eyeballs gone (probably the ghost shrimp) and stomach gone. Yes, it could have just died, and that is possible, as my husband was up late watching TV and he said he saw no fighting, I just don't understand how it just died. I guess it may just be a mystery, but I shouldn't assume the male killed him, I just thought that was possible, given that I think the one that is now dead was another male, I'm pretty sure. When I got them you couldn't tell as they were too young.
