My rainbow is a bully

He/she is constintly picking on "Runt", my smallest Tiger Barb, so much that his top fin was practically gone. I moved the rainbow into a bucket for a couple weeks and the tigers fin is better...but the poor thing will not 'school' with the other tigers anymore, and pretty much stays hidden all the time. Yesterday I put the rainbow back in and he went straight back to his old ways.

Should I get rid of the rainbow? I dont want him if he's acting like that.

Schooling fish need to be with (at least) 5 buddies of their own kind. When isolated from their species they get insecure and attempt to socialise with fish of different species by nipping, chasing and harassing them. Either get rid of him or stock 5 more.
