Just the other day I was wondering why Goldfish aren't outlawed because if released into the waterways they can become a nuance. Some states have outlawed white clouds because they can survive when released. And many more states have outlawed pond plants like water lettuce and water hyacinth. So why not Goldfish? I wouldn't mind applying for a permit to own my Goldfish.
