Unfortunately, this one wasn't too hard to figure out using Fishbase! I'm intrigued by rarer fish. This are seriously poor photos, he is being shy in the tank, but I will try to get some more later.

Acrossocheilus Paradoxus, from Taiwan. Not terribly pretty, but I quite like him.
