Is there anyway to tell the difference between males and females?

Females will be a bit larger,plumper, after a year, Is what I believe.
Other than that, I have no clue.

1077 is correct on the external differences. Sexual maturity is not reached for several years, and reports of spawning in aquaria are very limited. This is explained more in our profile.
