How to care for Lucania goodei (Bluefin Killifish)?

Well i found out i just got one (by mistake) from a bag of ghost shrimp. I was wondering if i could keep this in a 10 gallon with a female beta?

And the spec's on this fish as i cant find any (understandable to me) info on the internet.

ok so its a sub tropical fish... i also live in florida so i could probably keep it without much trouble or even put it in a friend of mines private lake.
