Clues:
1. One of the well-known 'sharks'.
2. Cyprinid.
3. Relishes mostly on insects and small fish.
4. Grows to 8-10 inches.

No pictures though but these clues will be sufficient.

Herefishy, Kateyoup and Daz won't be allowed to play.8) You three already knew that.

Nope. Red-tailed sharks hardly ever reach 8-10 inches.

They're not barbs but rather minnows although they are often called 'sharks' owing to their body shape and finnage.;)
