we have had our pond now for more then 10 years and in them 10 years the goldfish in the pond seem to be turning white. ive never realy takin much noticed as they are all healthy and they keep breeding. but now i want to know. so any1 got any ideas
When I was a little girl my mum had goldfish and I remember quite a few of them turning white as well. I've no idea why it happens unfortunately, but they all went on to live for a long time afterwards, and it certainly didn't affect their health so I don't think you've anything to worry about.
What are your water parameters and what food do they eat? I was under the impression they do change colors as they develop and depending on the diet they eat.

The drama and the pleasure!
If there is one thing I want to see here, it's HUMOR.
I believe I can fly!
I believe I can touch the sky!
I think about it every night and day!
I stand in awe of my body.
