Sure, if you're not a big fan of your neons. Golden wonders are just about the most predatory fish I've ever owned (even moreso than my Jack Dempsey) and will actively hunt any fish it thinks is small enough to fit in its large mouth. It will eat your neons, and will try very hard to eat your danios. They are best kept with fish too large to be eaten.
They get to a decent size. My male is about four inches, but he could get another inch on him. Though they're fairly large, they would do just fine in a 10g tank as they're not active swimmers. But, like I said, he will eat your neons and could possibly eat your danios if they are small.
i have a friend who ahd 4 golden wonder killies with neons and it was fine. My friend's mistake was adding African leaf fish, that everntually ate the neons. I think a part of it is dependent on tank size and amount of hiding spots you have
