I think several members are on vacation and not around, but hopefully some are that will be able to help. I've no experience with goldfish so i wouldn't want to guess. You should provide more detail on the tank and water parameters, what you feed them, how often, etc. Completeing this form (taken from the disease section) would help: Diagnosis Form - Read this before you post.
Do your goldfish have scales that give a pine-cone appearance?
Anything about water quality and tank size?
How often are you feeding them? I only feed mine once a day for 2 minutes and they are healthy and active.
It may be a Swimbladder problem and they are not getting enough oxygen.
