Does anybody know about the flying fox?

From what I've heard, the flying fox is about 4 inches long, needs to be kept alone, eats algae, and can live in a community tank. But I would like to know more (where they're from, what size tank, water movements, etc.) Thanks.

Hi Jack26707 I thought I had one!! That's what the LFS told me....

Here is my thread on this topic.... post #3 from Mikaila gives alink to a description of the fish that get confused with the Flying Fox.
More bad advice from a LFS Grrrrr!!

Mine has NO colouration on the tail what so ever... so it's a False Algae eater and I put it into my 75 community. Funny it sometimes cleans the glass. LOL.
Hope this helps.
