Danio Fry? how to catch them

Long story short - I had six danio in a 5 gal - put them in a 10 gal w/heater and 2 goldfish - they're fine. I took some of the water and some of the gravel from their old tank to a new 5 gallon added the algae eater and started to recycle so I can add some neons. Well I finally got it cycled and was ready to try some neons when I noticed these incredibly tiny fish.

Now I've read that danio eggs hatch after 48 hours. This tank has been cycling with the algae eater for about 4 weeks. So I'm not sure if they are danios or could they be algae babies? I have been feeding them crushed, very fine flake food, but alot of it is sitting at the bottom of the tank and I need to clean this tank. How do I go about catching these little guys - I think netting them might hurt them. Any suggestions?

If you've got a turkey baster you could capture them gently by suctioning them up.
