Did you provide them with places to hide? Are they able to burrow into the substrate? I don't know much about clown loaches but if they are new additions, I would give them some time to figure it all out.

90gal: 2x Tangerine Discus, 2x Clown Pleco, 2x Catfish.
75gal + 10gal sump: 2x Large Goldfish, 1x Common Pleco, 14x Leopard Danios
55gal: 5x Angelfish, 1x Common Pleco, 8x SIlver Tip Tetras, 16x Neon Tetras, 8x Albino Corys

Oops! I was thinking Kuhli Loach! The clowns don't burrow - it would be funny, though. Again, if they are new, I would give them some time to adjust. If you have had them a while and they aren't friends yet: are they active? Do they seem healthy? Do they eat? Have you checked your levels?

Here is some pretty good info for you: http://www.loaches.com/species-index...a-macracanthus

By the way, these guys get big, over a foot long. So I hope you have room for them!

Good luck!

90gal: 2x Tangerine Discus, 2x Clown Pleco, 2x Catfish.

I had an few outcasts in my clown loach brood. It happens, after about 4 or 5 months they are all good buddies. What size tank are they in?

Just give them more time. Mine aren't always together either but now and then you catch them formation flying in the current.
