Clown Loaches

I've finally replaced the two clown loaches in my tank. I've tried to make the past few days as easy as possible for them.

They are a completely different temperament to my previous two. They would hide constantly, rarely coming out unless it was to play when no one was watching (or so they thought!)

These two are mad by comparison. Playing hide and seek, tag with the other fish - they're fantastic!

I've called them Roobarb and Custard - well I was making a rhubarb crumble on the day, and we'd been discussing children's TV programmes. It seemed to fit really well.

Anyone remember the programme?

Oh yes, I remember the programme well! Remember the theme tune? It's one of those ones that once you get it in your head, it's there for the rest of the day!!

THANKS FOR THAT

Anyway, glad to hear the clown loaches are settling in well, please post some pics of them if you get the opportunity :)

when you set up a new tank, hide an extra

More on remembering the ol' days of programs and tuning it for the clown loaches, Julie.

I'm ready for the pressure.
The drama and the pleasure!
If there is one thing I want to see here, it's HUMOR.
I believe I can fly!
I believe I can touch the sky!
I think about it every night and day!
I stand in awe of my body.

Shouldn't you keep a few more clown loaches? I hear they like groups and the minimum is 5 to see natural behavior.
