clown loach

my clown loach has used to be bright orange I mean very bright orange way different than most clown loaches ive seen and recently its color has started to fade and now it looks more like the other clowns ive seen is this typical or is it sick because if its sick im willing to do anything to save it ( excluding mouth to mouth )

There colors go bright or lighter for different reasons. Change in food, health, substrait color, water temp/quality.

If it looks like other clown loaches i wouldnt worry. I have 7 and they are all different shades.
