On second thoughts, I just noticed your tank signature thing. Is this for the 15g tank? If so you're I'd personally think that's too small for the barbs, and for most plecs etc.

I feed my 8 tiger barbs ghost shrimp sometimes...Your shrimp
wouldn't stand a chance. I keep mine with 9 yo-yo loaches ( agood match
on the aggression scale) and one mean gold gourami. The Gourami chases
the barbs alot but can never catch them. The barbs battle each other for tank supremacy whenever the lights are on. And no-one messes with the yo-yos. Just make sure there are plenty of hidding spots if you try anything like this.
