Bloated looking white cloud minnow

On Sunday I added six white cloud minnows to my new container pond. They have so far been doing OK, they hide most of the day but become more active in the evening. Last night I noticed one looked bloated. I decided not to feed them today just in case I had overfed them. The one fish is still very bloated looking tonight. Could it have eaten too much or could it be something more serious?

The pond is filtered and about 20 gallons. I added some bottled bacteria and Prime before adding the fish, and I spent 20 minutes acclimating them. There's also a freshwater mussel in the pond.

Here's some pics of the bloated looking fish:

Just a tiny pinch of New Life Spectrum pellet's that I've crushed up. I'm guessing they could be eating small bugs that fall into the water as well.
