I currently have (3) colonies that are now producing. I have found, through my own experimentation which was also substantiated in the TFH article, that these beauties take almost no care. The water in the breeding tanks is now neutral (7.0 pH), non-heated, no substrate, sponge filters, and java moss. One tank still has marbles in the bottom to keep the parents from possibly consuming the eggs, but I have not seen any evidence of them doing this. Each colony consists of about 12-20 adults. Welcome to the forum. I hope you enjoy your particpation in our group.
