angry lampeye

Hi, was wondering if anyone can help? we have just added six lampeyes to our tank of cherry barbs, shrimps, otocinclus... one of the lampeyes died after just a day or two, and was eaten by a shrimp. after observing the tank for a while it's obvious that the biggest lampeye is a bully and chases all the others constantly, they hide in the corner of the tank and all now have broken tails i assume from the bully fin nipping. Should i remove the bully, or is there another solution as i fear they will all die?

remove him during the day (2-4) pm and reintroduce him at 11pm if this doesn't work remove your air orators and stick them in the filter if you can.
