Aggressive Rasbora?

Hello, I have 5 harlequin rasboras, 1 male guppy, and one dwarf gourami in a 10 gallon with lots of plants and hiding spots. My problem is that one of my rasboras (actually the smallest of them all) is an agressive little jerk to the rest of the fish. He leaves the dwarf gourami alone but for all his other rasboras and the guppy he chases and nips them. It makes the tank look hectic and he breaks up the school. Iwas wondering what to do about this? I may try and take this fish back to the pet store and get another.

i had a similar issues with my glowlight and pristella tetras. out of my 6 glowlights, 2 have not grown as much and have been aggressive towards the others in the tank - i started a thread about it here:

following this thread i got another 2 glowlights an the aggression reduced slightly. i have the same issue with my pristellas though, with one or two agressive individuals. as byron says in the thread, i think its just a social structure forming itself
