The city water we have here is horrible... I wouldn't dream of putting it in my tanks without being filtered, which is why we bought water from our LFS before we got our RO system.

some people dont have access to a good drinking source.so yeah if your water source sucks then you may be out of luck..check it out ....once again perameters.

I've seen this happen many times in my place of employment and it always seems to be less of a Xenia from a clean system or systaem This is broken and then we put them into our coral reef systems After a few weeks to several months have become more attractive white and silver.
