Worms and Amphipods

I'll make this short and sweet. I have a chunk of live rock covered with amphipods and I'd like to move it to another tank to help them propogate in another tank. Problem is, it's also covered in bristle worms. None of them are big and they all look like the ones that "don't seem to cause problems". There is however a few tiny ones that look like they're maybe black and white (striped?).

First, are the worms a problem? I can't get pics of them being that I don't have a camera nor can I find pics through google. Sorry!

Second, is there a way to transfer ONLY the amphipods?

Let's see whatcha got!

For those who have live rock! ...We salute you!
