worm ?

does anybody know what this is. it was on my live rock well It didn't move for 24 hours so I think it died in the cycle.

i think i found one of what you are talking about in our tank. it was on the bottom of the sand, i saw it looking under the tank. i havent seen them before so i dont know exactly what they are.
