What is a "head"

Hi there,

I know, I have lot's of questions!!! :p

So I found two local blogs that are selling frags. Now I understand a frag is some sort of section removed from a larger coral for propagation? That about right?

Now they speak a lot about "heads" when they speak in terms of selling quantity. Like Polyps, 15 to 20 heads for $15 CAD. I am trying to understand what a head is.

Thank you!

It's the individual polyp. So if there are 20 polyps then that's 20 heads.

And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea...
