something growing on the live rock in my sump, Help Identify

There is a yellowish fungus, coral, or something growing on a piece of rock in my sump. Help identify what it is and what I should do about it.

it looks to be some kind of yellow sponge. if this is the case, dont worry about it as it should be harmless. if you wish to keep it... do not expose any type of sponge to air- air clogs the feeding tubes that filter food from the water and the sponge will starve and die.
