Hey Y'all
First of all let me say how much I love this forum, y'all have been so helpfull in my changing over to salt water. I have a 75gal, 146lbs live rock,70lbs of live sand, been doing water checks every other day and now have cycled and everything looks perfect(according to LFS)
My question is what would be a good number of Hermits and Snails for a 75gal tank. I am going to proceed slowly, and so far the family has decided to have 2 clowns for now and some corals. We are also looking to have a cleaner shrimp.
Thanks again

As a general rule of thumb, for a fully stocked 75 gallon:
75-125 blue leg hermit crabs, 50-75 nassarius snails, 50 Cerith or Turbo snails.

Yes, you need this many! Preventing algae outbreaks and keeping your sand stirred are of critical importance. This single step can make or break the long term success of your reef.
