First two look like a finger leather/hairy leather, third is some type of polyp.

Do you think the top one looks healthy?

Could be the odd angle and lighting but from what i see id say no. I had a toadstool splitting the base and fading white on the top and started to look like it was shedding which are all things that it looks like the top one is doing and it shriveled away over a few months. I don't know why all my other sotfs were doing good.

Do you think I could frag it and save a piece?

I don't know i never fraged any leathers. Whats the difference in tank position/lighting/flow from the other leather? Are they about the same? If not id try to move it to replicate the others.

May be the last one is trumpet coral (Caulistra sp.).If it is, then it is not in a healthy condition.
