HOW long does live rock live? I have purchased some from a dealer in California and noticed that he shipped it priority mail which takes a couple of days. Is this okay? I purchased "Cured" rock. Can I add this to the tank after receipt?

your rock will be fine. the dealer may have wrapped it in paper to keep the moisture in. but as long as its moist it wil be fine.

And yes you can put cured rock in your tank when you get it.

Your rock will cycle again since it's been out of water for an exended amount of time. The rock itse;f and most of it's organisms will be fine from the shipping method.
