Kenya Tree Propagation

Hey all. So I had a Keya tree in my 14 gallon nano, it soon became too big, and dropped several pieces into the tank, so I moved it to my 90. I just noticed that it yet again had another piece drop off.

I never noticed it in the 14, but should I do something to keep it attached to the LR?? Or just let it do it's own thing and it will attach itself? its about 1.5" long and 1/4" around.

Thanks!

I have no idea but I know Onefish does, as do others. Hopefully they'll see this thread, I'm responding to get it bumped up to the top.

personally if i have a kenya i let it do its own thing and if they land and attach somewhere else in the tank ( which they will ) thats what i let them do. infact i end up ripping them out from all over the place and throwing them in my sump. im personally not a fan of kenya.

anyways to answer your question you could put the frag in a low flowing area and have it attach itself or if you know how to use the rubber band trick for a leather that way works to.

Thanks for the bump Kymmie =)

And thanks one fish. The frag I saw had disappeared by morning so I'm just gonna let it go. Was gonna attach but oh well haha.
