Homeless Tube worm?????? ID help please

I noticed this feeding in the current in my tank today and i`m not sure what it is. i dont think i had any tube worms in there but they my have been hiding in some of the seagrassy stuff that grows in one bit of my tank i guess. am i right in thinking its just a homeless tubeworm?
thanks
nathan
