Feeding Solid Food to Corals?

Hello All,

I have some Zoanthids, an LPS Ancor coral, and a bubble anemone. I'd like to feed all of them some meaty food.

I bought some food that comes in solid squares.

How should I go about feeding it to them?

Thaw frozen foods like mysis, rotifers, cyclops, etc... into a small glass with a some tank water. Suck this into a turkey baster and lightly spray each item.

There is also formula food, which comes in squares. The bubble will love this (I'd use formula 1, copper colored cubes), and it's a good healthy food to add to the others. Thaw it the way suggested by caferacermike, but instead of the turkey baster, break it into smaller pieces and drop them near the center of the anemone. The "crumbs" from it, you can slowly swirl into the water around, the other animals, including the fish will eat it up. The formula has garlic in it, and makes for another healthy meaty food that is easy to feed.
