more details are going to be needed to help on this one it could be lighting, something you are not testing for, hitch hikers in your LR, illness, flow ......the list goes on and on..... so
lets get hte basics
size
equipment
actual readings on tests done
flow
inhabitants
temp
sump/no sump
skimmer/no skimmer
etc..
sorry if you placed this in a another post but its very relevant here
how long have you had it....if it has been there for a while then something is amiss...but if it is a new arival you probably dont have sufficent lighting...genreraly a change in color is a shift or decline in zooxanthalae...the main component in the pretty colors...remember in more intense lighting they need the differnt colors to protect against UV...just a heads up...there could be other things at play but i assume your chemistry being checked as in PH 8.4+,0023-0025,0amonia,0nitrite,0nitrate,phosphates...ect....
