coral banded shrimp

my cbs just shed right in the open today and it was pretty cool. but his claws look to be underdeveloped will they fill out in a couple days or is this something i should be worried about

There is no way for us to answer that one. That will depend on your shrimp and his situation in your tank. IF they don't, there isn't anything to do to help him, so worrying about it is sort of pointliess. Keep an eye on him and make sure nobody is picking on him... and make sure you see him feeding ok, and let him be. That's about all you can do.
