Chocolate Chip Starfish looks bloated

One of its chips looks like it is bloated or swollen? Any Ideas

That really doesn't give us any information to work with. Can you please post tank stats:
Tank size
water params- ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, pH, calcium, and spg/salinity
water temp
filtration
other animals in the tank
Those things would give us a start... if you can post a picture or 2 that would be even more helpful once we have the info.
